Ingredients

2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt & pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained, sliced)

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
2 cups fresh spinach
-
Optional: red pepper flakes

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté 30 seconds.

Pour in chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine.

Add Parmesan and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.

Stir in spinach until wilted.

Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

Garnish and serve.
