Sourdough Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 medium [88 g] Egg
2 pumps [2 g] Avocado Oil Cooking Spray
0.5 tsp [0.6 g] Kosher Salt
4 slice [76 g] Organic Roast Turkey Meat
0.25 cup, shredded [28.25 g] Cheddar Cheese
2 medium slice (4-3/4" x 4" x 1/2") [50 g] Sour Dough Bread

1 cup [123 g] Raspberries

Directions


01Place a skillet over medium-low heat and spray it with the avocado oil cooking spray.

02Crack the eggs into a small bowl first to check for any shell fragments. Then, slide them carefully into the hot skillet and sprinkle with salt.

03Cover the pan with a lid. For over-easy eggs, cook until the whites are mostly set.

04Toast each slice of sourdough bread.

05Place the roasted turkey and cheddar cheese on one slice of sourdough bread, then top with the hot eggs and the second slice of bread.

06Serve with a side of fresh raspberries.
